ठाणे शहरात एसआरए योजना कार्यान्वित होण्यासाठी पालकमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली पार पडली बैठक.

मुंबई: ठाणे शहराला झोपडपट्टी मुक्त करण्यासाठी झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन योजना ठाणे शहरात राबवण्यात येणार असून या योजनेला सर्वतोपरी सहकार्य करणार असल्याची ग्वाही पालकमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी मंगळवारी दिली.

ठाणे शहारासोबतच संपूर्ण एमएमआर क्षेत्रासाठी देखील एसआरए योजना लागू करण्याच्या सूचना त्यांनी एसआरएच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना केली. ठाणे शहरात एसआरए योजना कार्यान्वित होण्यासाठी पालकमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली मंगळवारी बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. या बैठकीला खासदार राजन विचारे, आमदार प्रताप सरनाईक, रवींद्र फाटक, झोपडपट्टी विकास प्राधिकरणाचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी दीपक कपूर, ठाणे उपजिल्हाधिकारी (एसआरए) जयराम पवार, उपजिल्हाधिकारी (एसआरए) डॉ. शिवाजी पाटील,उपजिल्हाधिकारी ठाणे डॉ. दिप्ती सुर्यवंशी, कार्यकारी अभियंता नितिन पवार, सहायक अभियंता राजकुमार पवार, मुख्य समन्वय अधिकारी केंद्रे आणि सचिव संदीप देशमुख व इतर संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

ठाणे शहरात जुन्या धोकादायक इमारतींसाठी क्लस्टर योजना मंजूर झाली असून या इमारतींच्या क्लस्टरसोबत आजूबाजूचा २५ टक्के झोपडपट्टी भाग देखील विकासात सामावून घेण्यात येणार असल्यामुळे एसआरएला मदत मिळणार आहे. त्यामुळे एसआरएने देखील झोपडपट्टी भाग विकसित करत असताना एखादा नॉन स्लम भाग सुटत असल्यास त्याचा देखील विकास आराखड्यात समावेश करावा, म्हणजे तो भाग विकसित होण्यापासून वंचित राहणार नाही, अशा सूचना संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांना केल्या.

शिवसेनाप्रमुख बाळासाहेब ठाकरे यांच्या विचारांतून साकारलेली ही योजना आहे. ही योजना यशस्वी होण्यासाठी विकासक कंपन्यांची विश्वासार्हता तपासणे तसेच, आर्थिक क्षमता तपासणे आवश्यक असल्याचे श्री. शिंदे म्हणाले. प्रकल्प वेळात पूर्ण करण्यासाठी नागरिक आणि लोकप्रतिनिधी यांमध्ये संवाद असणे आवश्यक आहे. यासाठी लवकरच लोकप्रतिनिधींसोबत ठाणे शहरातील स्लम भागाचा नियमितपणे आढावा घेण्यात येईल, असे ते म्हणाले. महापालिकांच्या विकास नियंत्रण नियमावलीचा निर्णय तातडीने होण्यासाठी मुख्यमंत्र्यांकडे पाठपुरावा करणार असल्याचे एकनाथ शिंदे म्हणाले.सर्वसामान्य नागरिकांना हक्काचे घर मिळावे तसेच, ठाणे शहर झोपडपट्टी मुक्त होण्यासाठी एसआरए योजना फायदेशीर ठरणार असून त्यासाठी सर्वतोपरी सहकार्य करण्याचे आश्वासन एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी दिले.
